Our family-focused coaching course offers structured fitness, nutrition, and mindset training for both parents and kids, making it easier than ever to establish routines that stick and lifestyles that thrive.

Experience the benefits of a virtual family coaching program from the comfort of your own home, led by certified coach Haley Sparks Pullen based in Amarillo, TX. This 90-day program is designed to bring parents and kids together for a shared wellness experience that’s informative, entertaining, and impactful.
What to expect in the program:
Customized family workout plans (including bodyweight and low-equipment options)
Age-appropriate kids fitness sessions and movement games
Weekly goal-setting and mindset sessions for parents and kids
Family nutrition education, grocery guides, and meal planning tips
Weekly video check-ins and progress tracking for all ages
Access to a supportive virtual community of families on a similar path
Each week includes 1 x 30-45 minute session + unlimited communication in the Rebuilt coaching app, with flexible scheduling so families can participate together on their terms.

No Refund Policy
All sales are final upon purchase on all Rebuilt Individual Programs. Due to the personalized nature of hormone coaching and the time, energy, and resources invested by the coach to prepare for each client, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or cancellations for any portion of the program, regardless of the reason. By enrolling, you agree that you are fully committed to the program and to doing the necessary work.
2. Payment Obligation
If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all agreed-upon payments, regardless of whether you choose to continue or complete the program.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling (Optional Addition)
Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 4 hours' notice.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled time or no-shows will result in a forfeited session and cannot be made up or refunded.

While we are dedicated to helping you achieve your health goals, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results, as hormone health is dependent on your personal, consistent application of the program, lifestyle changes, and individual health factors.
