This results-driven and fully tailored program is designed to help you break through plateaus, stay accountable, and build nutrition and wellness routine that aligns with your goals, lifestyle, and schedule. Whether you're looking to lose weight, gain strength, or simply feel more energized, this comprehensive and adaptive plan will guide you every step of the way.
Nutrition
Designed and delivered entirely online from our coaching base in Amarillo, TX, the Individualized 1-1 Coaching allows you to repair, grow, and evolve—no matter where you are. This virtual program gives you unmatched accountability and mentorship no matter what season of life you begin.
Each 90-day journey includes:
A 60 minute initual consultation to set goals and learn about your day in detail
A custom meal plan built around your needs
Weekly video check-ins with your dedicated coach
Unlimited communication in the Rebuilt coaching app
Nutrition and lifestyle coaching with simple, sustainable guidance
2 x Inbody570 Scans for an in depth body analysis and tracking
On-demand access to virtual workouts, tracking tools, and progress dashboards
Optional recovery, mobility, and mindset coaching
All weekly sessions are designed to be 30 minutes, depending on your nutrition level.

No Refund Policy
All sales are final upon purchase on all Rebuilt Individual Programs. Due to the personalized nature of hormone coaching and the time, energy, and resources invested by the coach to prepare for each client, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or cancellations for any portion of the program, regardless of the reason. By enrolling, you agree that you are fully committed to the program and to doing the necessary work.
2. Payment Obligation
If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all agreed-upon payments, regardless of whether you choose to continue or complete the program.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling (Optional Addition)
Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 4 hours' notice.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled time or no-shows will result in a forfeited session and cannot be made up or refunded.

While we are dedicated to helping you achieve your health goals, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results, as hormone health is dependent on your personal, consistent application of the program, lifestyle changes, and individual health factors.
