Wow. Flashback and fastforward to the news we got today!Its been a momumental year so far 🦋 thanks to you guys.Rebuilt was established in 2020 and every year has presented its own history. But it started with my testimony, struggling with anorexia and bulimia, for the majority of my young adulthood. I KNOW and have FELT the hopelessness and defeat the kind of journey our health can bring.

Hence its name: Glycolytic system (or lactic energy system) So when I say carbs are our main source of energy, this is applying to this energy system. We need them! As a college runner, our coaches were always educating us about these systems because you can overtrain one and not see the results you’re looking for.
